📋 Your Role in the Visa Application Process: As the Client (also referred to as Traveler, Customer, or User) engaging FlairMyTrip for visa services, you must provide all required documents and accurate information needed for the visa application process. You are responsible for ensuring that information and documentation submitted are complete, valid, and truthful.
⚠️ Important Liability Disclaimer: FlairMyTrip will NOT verify document authenticity or the accuracy of the information you provide and is NOT liable for delays, rejections, or extra costs arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent information. The responsibility for all documentation and information accuracy lies entirely with you, the client.
📄 1. Documentation and Accuracy Requirements
- ✓ Timely Document Provision: You must provide all requested documents in a valid and properly formatted manner within the timeframe specified. Delays in document submission may result in delays or failure to submit your visa application on time.
- ✓ Complete Accuracy of Information: Ensure that all information provided—including names, dates of birth, passport details, travel itineraries, accommodation details, and other personal data—is completely true, accurate, and matches all supporting documents exactly. Even minor discrepancies can lead to visa rejection.
- ✓ Matching Supporting Documents: All documents must be consistent with each other. For example, the name on your passport must exactly match the name on your flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa application form. Any mismatch may result in rejection.
- ✓ Additional Documents Upon Request: If FlairMyTrip or any third-party vendor engaged by us requests additional documents or clarifications at any stage of the process, you must supply them promptly and completely. Failure to do so may delay or prevent submission of your application entirely.
- ⚠️ Document Quality Standards: All documents must be clear, legible, properly formatted (JPEG, PNG, PDF), and meet the specific requirements outlined by Egyptian immigration. Blurry, cut-off, low-resolution, or improperly formatted documents will be rejected and may cause your application to fail.
💰 2. Submission, Fees, and Costs
- 💳 Full Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for all fees and costs associated with the visa application, including but not limited to: visa application fees, consular charges, biometric fees, courier charges, service fees, processing fees, and any additional charges that may arise during the application process.
- 🚫 Non-Refundable Fees Policy: Visa application fees and any charges paid for the visa process are NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY circumstances, unless otherwise specifically required by the issuing authority (Egyptian Immigration Department). This applies regardless of whether your visa is approved or rejected.
- ⚠️ Third-Party Vendor Refusal Scenario: If a third-party vendor engaged by FlairMyTrip refuses to submit your application due to concerns with your credentials, documentation quality, or perceived risk of refusal, FlairMyTrip may refund the visa fee (if applicable and if not yet paid to authorities). However, FlairMyTrip's service fee will remain NON-REFUNDABLE as work has already been performed in reviewing and processing your application.
🔍 3. Visa Issuance, Review, and Discrepancies
⚠️ CRITICAL: Immediate Visa Review Required Once your Egypt eVisa is issued and delivered to you via email, you MUST immediately review it thoroughly to confirm that all details are correct and match your travel itinerary and passport information exactly.
- ✓ Your Responsibility to Verify: Check every detail on the issued visa including: full name spelling, passport number, date of birth, nationality, visa type (single/multiple entry), validity dates, duration of stay, and any special conditions or restrictions. This verification is YOUR responsibility, not FlairMyTrip's.
- 🚫 FlairMyTrip Not Responsible for Visa Errors: FlairMyTrip is NOT responsible for any errors on the issued visa or for any consequences arising from incorrect visa details. The visa is issued by Egyptian Immigration based on the information YOU provided. Any errors in the visa reflect errors in your submitted information or decisions made by the issuing authority.
- 📞 Reporting Discrepancies - Your Action Required: If you identify errors or discrepancies on an issued visa, you must immediately contact the relevant immigration authority, consulate, or visa sponsor directly to rectify the matter. These are the entities that issued the visa and have the authority to correct it.
- ��� FlairMyTrip's Limited Assistance Role: FlairMyTrip will escalate the issue with the concerned authority on your behalf and provide any information or documentation we obtain from them. However, we cannot guarantee a resolution and cannot provide a specific time frame for correction as these decisions and timelines are entirely controlled by the immigration/consular authorities, not by FlairMyTrip.
🔄 4. Reapplication and Refusals
- 🔄 Reapplication After Refusal: In the event of visa refusal by Egyptian authorities, any reapplication will be treated as a completely new application and will proceed only under your explicit written instructions. You must specifically authorize us to reapply on your behalf.
- 💰 Fresh Fees for Reapplication: Reapplication requires payment of a fresh, full visa application fee to the Egyptian authorities AND a new FlairMyTrip service fee. No discounts or fee waivers apply to reapplications. This is a completely new application process with full associated costs.
- ⚖️ No Influence Over Decisions: FlairMyTrip cannot influence the decision of immigration authorities, consulates, or visa sponsors in any way. We cannot advocate for approval, expedite processing beyond standard options, or overturn refusal decisions. These powers rest exclusively with the issuing authorities.
- 📋 Sole Authority of Immigration: All decisions to grant or refuse visas rest solely and exclusively with the immigration authorities, consular offices, or visa sponsors of Egypt. FlairMyTrip acts only as an application facilitator and has no decision-making power in the visa approval process.
🤝 5. Third-Party Suppliers and Service Providers
ℹ️ About Our Third-Party Partners: FlairMyTrip works with verified third-party vendors and service providers in Egypt (our 3 trusted suppliers) who may process or submit your visa application on our behalf. These are authorized tourist agents with direct relationships with Egyptian immigration authorities.
- 🔍 Third-Party Risk Assessment: These third-party vendors may independently decline to accept or submit your application if they assess a substantial risk of refusal based on your documentation, credentials, travel history, or other factors. This is their professional assessment and they have the right to refuse applications they deem high-risk.
- 📄 Additional Documentation May Be Required: In cases where a third-party vendor has concerns about your application, you may be required to provide additional documentation, explanations, or supporting evidence before they will agree to submit your application to immigration authorities. You must comply with these requests promptly.
- 💰 Partial Refund Scenario: If a third-party vendor declines to submit your application AND a refund of consular fees or processing fees paid to Egyptian authorities is possible (meaning the fees have not yet been forwarded to the government), such refund may be processed and returned to you.
- 🚫 Service Fees Always Non-Refundable: Regardless of whether a third-party vendor accepts or declines your application, FlairMyTrip's service fees will ALWAYS remain NON-REFUNDABLE. Our service fees cover the work performed in reviewing your application, coordinating with vendors, and processing your documentation���work that has already been completed regardless of the outcome.
✍️ 6. Client Acknowledgement and Acceptance
✓ Your Legal Acknowledgement: By authorizing FlairMyTrip to submit your Egypt eVisa application on your behalf, you hereby acknowledge and explicitly accept these client responsibilities and terms.
You specifically agree that:
- ✓ FlairMyTrip is NOT liable for delays, rejections, inaccuracies, or additional costs arising from your documentation or information
- ✓ Visa application fees and FlairMyTrip's service fees are generally NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances
- ✓ Final visa approval/rejection decisions are made exclusively by Egyptian immigration or consular authorities
- ✓ FlairMyTrip has NO influence over visa approval decisions or processing timelines
- ✓ You are fully responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information and documents provided
- ✓ You accept ALL risks associated with the visa application process and international travel to Egypt
⚠️ Important Final Notice: These client responsibilities are legally binding and form part of the service agreement between you and FlairMyTrip. By proceeding with your visa application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fulfill all these responsibilities. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in visa rejection, application delays, loss of fees, or denial of service without refund.
