FlairMyTrip - Bhramanvisa (India) Private Limited provides top-notch travel and tour services with more than 12 years of expertise. Established in August 2020, we manage visa processing, global visa facilitation, holiday packages, customized tours, sightseeing, airport services, and travel insurance worldwide through https://www.flairmytrip.com/.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FlairMyTrip. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. By continuing to use our services after any modifications to these terms, you accept the updated Terms and Conditions. You use services considered you agreed with any part of these term and conditions.
Important: FlairMyTrip does NOT offer Work Visas and does NOT assist Job Seekers in obtaining visas. Any modifications to these terms will be made at our discretion with updates posted on this page.
1. Access and Service Utilization
FlairMyTrip provides visa processing services and travel authorization assistance through our website, mobile applications, and associated platforms.
Service Access Requirements
- Registration: Certain features require registration including KYC verification and Service Agreement acceptance. Required documents include Indemnity Letter (on 100rs stamp paper with legal notarization), KYC form, PAN Card, Address Proof, and Authorized Signatory ID Card
- Age Requirement: Users under 18 may only use services with explicit parental or guardian approval and supervision
- Account Creation: Accurate, current, and complete information must be provided during registration
- Geographic Availability: Services are primarily designed for residents of India and select international locations
- Technical Requirements: You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, and internet connectivity
Your Responsibilities as Visa Applicant
Authorized Use
- Personal Use: Services are for personal, non-commercial use unless separate agreement exists
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information when using our services
- Document Authenticity: All documents provided must be genuine and legally obtained. FlairMyTrip is NOT responsible for verifying document authenticity. Submission of fraudulent documents may result in immediate visa rejection, permanent travel bans, legal prosecution, and service termination with no refund
- Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of account credentials. You are solely responsible for tracking visa validity and ensuring timely exit
- Legal Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms

E-visa Services Clarification
FlairMyTrip operates as a Travel Agent/Consultant/Visa Facilitator providing visa assistance services. We are NOT directly or indirectly associated with any Government Authorities, Consulates, Immigration, or their APIs. All visa decisions are made exclusively by immigration departments, embassies, or consulates. FlairMyTrip has no influence over visa approval or rejection decisions. By using our services, you acknowledge sole responsibility to understand and comply with the Visa process for your intended travel destination.
2. Visa Approval Process & Our Role

- Immigration Authorities Make All Decisions: All visa decisions are made exclusively by immigration departments, embassies, or consulates
- No Influence: FlairMyTrip has no authority or control over visa approval or rejection decisions
- Processing Times: Determined by authorities and may vary based on factors beyond our control
- Discretionary Decisions: Immigration officers have discretionary authority for all applications
- Non-Refundable Charges: Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of approval or rejection
- Interview Process: The concerned consulate, embassy, or high commission may request a face-to-face interview at their discretion. FlairMyTrip does not control this process but will inform you of interview details as communicated by the respective Embassy or High Commission
- Passport Delivery: When passport submission is required, FlairMyTrip takes necessary steps to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider

Reapplication Process
OK TO BOARD Services
Some countries might have additional requirements like obtaining "OK TO BOARD" approval for users heading to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, or Kuwait holding an e-visa. The decision to approve or deny "OK TO BOARD" lies with the Airlines/department concerned, with FlairMyTrip playing no part in this decision. We function as a mediator/Liaison between you and the relevant department/Airlines/third-party vendor.
- Valid Contact Information Required: You must furnish valid mobile number, email ID, valid Visa and passport copies, and confirmed return ticket during the Visa/OK TO BOARD application
- Service Charges: FlairMyTrip charges a service fee for providing OK TO BOARD services through our appointed vendor. This is separate from airline and vendor charges, and service fees are non-refundable even if travel is canceled
- Responsibility: You must obtain approval before departure and carry all necessary documents. Passengers arriving at the airport without OK TO BOARD approval will not be allowed to check in or board
- Paper Visas Exempt: Passengers traveling with paper-based visas (tourist visa, visit visa, work entry permit, residence entry permit) do not require OK TO BOARD if they have visa stamped in their passports
- Flight Changes: If flight details change requiring a fresh OK TO BOARD, the same non-refundable OK TO BOARD charges will apply
- Refund Conditions: If OK TO BOARD application is not submitted through our third-party service provider to specific Airlines, refund of the OK TO BOARD fee will be initiated within 7 business working days. FlairMyTrip service charges remain non-refundable
3. Overstay Policies & Critical Penalties
Understanding Visa Validity
- Stay Duration: Maximum days permitted from your date of entry
- Visa Validity Period: Timeframe within which you must enter the country
- Exit Requirement: Must exit before or on the last day of permitted stay
Overstay Penalties
- Gulf Country Specific Charges: In case of overstay identified by specific immigration authorities (such as UAE, BAHRAIN, OMAN) through the visa sponsor, a fee ranging from INR 1,00,000-3,50,000 per passenger will be imposed on the Travel Agent or any affiliated company. This fee is separate from any charges levied by immigration for the overstay
- Visa Conversion Penalties: Tourist/visit visa holders must exit the country for visa conversion if their visa is changed to a lower profession category. Attempting to change visas within the country may incur a fine ranging from AED 7,000 to 8,000, up to a maximum of 50,000
- Detention & Deportation: Authorities may detain overstaying individuals and initiate deportation, creating permanent records affecting future travel
- Travel Bans: Overstaying can result in travel bans from months to permanent bans, preventing return to that country
- Processing Pause: Processing of new visas will be paused until the overstaying passenger exits the country
Travel Agent/Company Indemnification
The Travel Agent or affiliated company must ensure that visa holders and their families exit the specified Gulf countries within the visa validity period. They must provide a copy of the visa holder's passport with an exit stamp to clear any overstay reports from the Immigration Overstay System promptly upon receiving an Overstay Report. If the Travel Agent or affiliated company fails to clear an overstay report, they must indemnify and protect FlairMyTrip from any overstay penalties imposed by FlairMyTrip or immigration, including repatriation air tickets and associated costs.
How to Avoid Overstays
- Check visa expiry date immediately upon receiving approval
- Set multiple reminders (7 days, 3 days, 1 day before expiry)
- Book return flights with sufficient buffer time
- Keep copies of entry and exit stamps
- Contact immigration immediately if flight delays risk overstay
- Apply for extensions BEFORE current visa expires if needed

Information is shared with suppliers only as necessary to meet your travel requirements. Suppliers may also reach out to you for additional information or to assist with your travel needs.

- Embassy Charges: Additional charges levied by embassies or consulates for specific services or expedited processing
- Additional Logistics Charges: Pickup and drop of documents, collection of passports, courier charges, or any other cost incurred by FlairMyTrip beyond regular scope of work
Payment Timing & Requirements
- Advance Payment: Full payment required before application processing begins
- No Processing Without Payment: Applications will not begin until payment is confirmed
- Payment Confirmation: You'll receive receipt via email upon successful transaction

FlairMyTrip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the payment policy without prior notice. Users are advised to review the payment policy regularly for any changes. By proceeding with payment for visa services through FlairMyTrip, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in the payment policy.

While FlairMyTrip strives to adhere to delivery schedules, no explicit assurances are given. FlairMyTrip shall not bear responsibility for delays or setbacks arising from uncontrollable circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, acts of nature, warfare, external threats, civil disturbances, labor strikes, or interventions by public authorities. Disruptions or downtime on governmental websites might impact delivery timelines. FlairMyTrip disclaims any liability for the conduct or inactivity of Government officials. Although processing durations for tourist visas are approximated based on historical data, FlairMyTrip does not accept liability for these timelines.

Copyright Infringement Reporting
FlairMyTrip is committed to upholding the rights of intellectual property owners. To report a claim of copyright infringement, please send an email to our Copyright Agent at info@bhramanvisa.com. Notifications must include: your electronic or physical signature, detailed description of the copyrighted work, specific location of the material on the Service, your contact details, declaration of unauthorized use, and statement under penalty of perjury affirming accuracy of information.
Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your User Content was wrongly removed, you can send a written counter-notice including your signature, identification of content, its original location, your full legal name, address, phone number, email, and agreement to submit to Indian court jurisdiction. Upon receipt, we will transmit the counter-notice to the original complainant, who will have 10 business days to decide on reinstatement. If no legal action is pursued, content may be restored within 10-15 business days at our discretion.

You understand that FlairMyTrip does not pre-screen content but has the right to refuse or remove any content available via the Service. You agree to evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved in relying on third-party materials and hold FlairMyTrip harmless from any consequences.
Indemnification Agreement
Travel Agencies & Corporate Indemnification
Travel agencies, corporate firms, or other companies must indemnify and agree to keep FlairMyTrip, its officers, employees, and representatives worldwide against all costs, charges, claims, damages arising from passengers obtaining visas through them. This includes defaults in visa terms for Gulf Countries (such as UAE, BAHRAIN, OMAN). Travel agencies must guarantee the safe departure of passengers from Gulf Countries under the submitted flight schedule in the respective Visa Application Form.
13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Binding Arbitration Agreement
Arbitration Timeline
- Commencement: Must begin within 45 days of written request
- Decision Deadline: Arbitrator delivers decision within 60 days after conclusion
- Maximum Duration: No later than 6 months from arbitrator appointment
- Final and Binding: Arbitrator's decision is final and binding with very limited appeal rights
Cost Allocation
- Own Costs: Each party bears their own costs unless arbitrator decides otherwise
- Shared Fees: ICA/MCA administrative and arbitrator fees typically split between parties
- Prevailing Party: Arbitrator may award costs to prevailing party
- Enforcement Costs: Non-complying party pays enforcement costs
- Damage Limits: Arbitrator cannot award damages exceeding the maximum amount of compensatory, direct damages stated in these Terms
Internal Complaint Resolution Process
Before pursuing arbitration or legal action, submit a written complaint to FlairMyTrip within 30 days of the incident. Your complaint should include: your full name, contact information, booking reference number, detailed description of the issue, supporting documents and evidence, amount in dispute, and preferred resolution method. Send complaints to complaints@bhramanvisa.com. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide resolution within 15 business days.
Escalation Procedure
If unsatisfied with initial response, escalate to our Management Review Committee. Include your complaint reference number and explain why the initial resolution was inadequate. The committee will review and provide a final decision within 30 days.
Injunctive Relief Exception
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, any party has the option to directly seek court intervention without first going through arbitration to stop immediate and irreparable damage from occurring.

FlairMyTrip may offer special promotions, limited-time offers, discount schemes, or contests from time to time, including limited-time offers, seasonal promotions, early bird discounts, bundle offers, referral programs, and contests.

FlairMyTrip shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or severe weather conditions
- Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed lockdowns and travel restrictions
- Wars, terrorism, civil unrest, or armed conflicts
- Government actions, sanctions, or changes in immigration policies and visa regulations
- Strikes, labor disputes, or actions by transportation workers
- Airline or airport disruptions, flight cancellations, or overbooking
- Cybersecurity attacks, server failures, or internet infrastructure outages
- Embassies or consulates closure or temporary suspension of visa processing services
- Power outages or utility failures affecting our operations
16. Travel Insurance & Additional Coverage
FlairMyTrip offers comprehensive travel insurance options to protect your investment. Travel insurance may cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, flight delays, and evacuation services.
Insurance Disclaimer: Travel insurance is optional and sold by licensed insurance partners. FlairMyTrip acts as a facilitator and is not liable for claim denials or disputes between you and the insurance company.
Mandatory Requirements: Certain destinations require proof of travel insurance before visa approval or entry. FlairMyTrip will inform you of these requirements.
17. Third-Party Services & Partnerships
FlairMyTrip partners with various service providers including airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, travel insurance companies, and visa processing vendors. Each third-party service is governed by their own terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability: FlairMyTrip is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party services. We do not endorse, warrant, or verify any information provided by partners.
Links and External Websites: The Service may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. FlairMyTrip is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external websites.
